It is our great pleasure to invite you to attend the 72nd ILA International Conference, FLARE-2027 (Future Libraries: Advancing Research & Excellence), organised by the Indira Gandhi Memorial Library, University of Hyderabad, in association with the Indian Library Association (ILA) and the Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR), to be held from 7–9 January 2027 at the University of Hyderabad.
The conference brings together library professionals, researchers, academicians, information scientists, publishers and technology innovators to explore how AI, Machine Learning, Linked Data, Digital Humanities, Open Science, Research Analytics and Sustainable Library Practices are reshaping the future of libraries, with plenary sessions, paper presentations, posters, and pre- and post-conference meetings.
We are pleased to note your participation as a delegate. Your presence and contribution to the discussions will add considerable value to the success of this international conference.
Registration fees vary by category — for details and to complete your registration, please refer to the official conference website: https://ila72flare.uohyd.ac.in. This invitation does not entail any financial obligation on the part of the Organising Committee, the University of Hyderabad, or the Indian Library Association; we request participants to arrange their own travel, accommodation and insurance cover for the duration of their visit.
